The Truxt Labels and the RateAndGo Rating

The Truxt and StarTruxt labels, along with the RateAndGo rating, recognize digital players who have demonstrated, following an independent audit, their financial reliability and organizational strength. Awarded by Exaegis according to a structured methodology, these labels enable the rapid identification of companies capable of delivering projects over the long term, with controlled processes and measured risk levels.

Why demonstrate your internal strength to your clients?

In the digital sector, clients often entrust critical projects to their providers: business software development, management of sensitive data, and maintenance of strategic systems. In this context, a company’s internal strength becomes a determining criterion, alongside its technical expertise.

Demonstrating solidity means proving your ability to deliver projects over time, absorb unforeseen events, and maintain a consistent level of service.

For clients, these elements secure their investments. They seek partners capable of ensuring service continuity, meeting contractual commitments, and building long-term relationships.

The renewal of our StarTruxt label, together with the increase in our score, is a source of pride for the entire Zest HACCP team. It confirms the strategic choices we have made to deliver the best digital traceability tool for retail (GMS), the food industry (IAA), and hospitality (CHR).
laetitia cottard
It is true that an audit can be intimidating for a company, but in reality, it is above all a tool for improvement. It forces the organization to slow down and analyze its practices, processes, and results. In daily operations, this perspective is often missing. The audit conducted by Mr. Pinel highlighted both the financial strength and operational efficiency of our company - a strong recognition that crowns 70 years of expertise in the telecommunications sector.

FAQ

What criteria are the audits and certifications based on?

The evaluation is based on two main pillars: financial analysis (sustainability, structure, level of risk) and operational analysis (organization, processes, and ability to execute projects).

How long is a label valid?

The label is granted for 3 years and follows a monitoring approach, with regular updates to ensure that the company maintains its level of compliance.

Do the labels guarantee the quality of a project?

The label does not replace project management, but it certifies that a company has an organization, financial strength, and processes considered reliable at the time of the audit.

Are the labels independent from the evaluated companies?

Yes. The audits follow a formalized methodology and aim to provide an objective assessment based on verifiable elements and identical criteria for all companies.

Can my label be suspended?

The label may be suspended when the company no longer meets the eligibility criteria. A suspension may occur as a result of a downgrade in the rating on either the financial or operational axis, or in the event of non-compliance with the label maintenance charter.
